Forgotten password for subscription account on Apple ID

I have a password problem with the account where subscriptions are made. I’ve reset my Apple ID password a handful of times and that doesn’t seem to correct the password on the account used for subscriptions.. I’ve done it so many times I have to now wait 24 hours to hear back from the Apple team. Anybody know of any other options?
