I use Google Chrome, and I have tab syncing disabled in my browser settings across all devices. But I still get an additional, annoying Chrome icon in the Dock telling me to continue browsing from another device.
Does anyone know how to disable this?

Go to System Settings > General > AirDrop & Handoff and turn OFF the setting for "Allow Handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices."

This seems to indicate the Google Browser is being used on another iOS device
And using Handoff and or Continuity from the iOS device to the Computer
