horizontal order of entries in Calendar

Sometimes I need to put the same event in different calendars to share with different groups of people. Although it's no biggie I would like them to be in the same horizontal order but calendar seems to choose at random how to display them. In this screen shot you can see the blue and purple entries are on opposite sides of the green entries (all named 'test event'. I'd like to be able to control that other than changing the calendar to which each event belongs, if that makes sense. Simply drag them to the left or right so blue comes first, then green, then purple in both the entries at 14:00 and 15:00. Is there a way?
