- Once you’ve submitted your cancellation request, the status message of that item will read Canceled or Pickup Canceled. If you canceled an item that was shipping to a physical address, you will not be billed for your item. If you canceled a pickup item, you may have been billed. We will initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request.

If the order was cancelled on October 28th, then today is only the 4th business day. Apple states that the refund will be sent to the card issuing bank within 5 business days, and after that it is up to your bank to post the refund to your account. Apple has no idea when your bank would do that, which is why they recommend to contact your bank after the 5 business days. You can always contact Apple directly if you have any questions about your order.
