To remove MDM from the backup, you'll need to remove the device from MDM, and then make a backup. The existing backup will be overwritten at this point. This is for security. The MDM is embedded into the backup to ensure any company information that may have been backed up is still protected.

MDM needs to be removed from your company.
Are you sharing the same apple id with your daughter?
