remove MDM from backup.
I work in at company usind MDM to manage our devices, I have at college who want to use her own phone, but when she restore the new phone from backup then she i asked to login to the MDM again

To remove MDM from the backup, you'll need to remove the device from MDM, and then make a backup. The existing backup will be overwritten at this point. This is for security. The MDM is embedded into the backup to ensure any company information that may have been backed up is still protected.
