iPad Pro M4 13” won’t ready my external Drive

Hi guys, I have this SanDisk External Drive 1 TB, I have an iPad pro 11” 256 GB 4th Gen (2020) I think and an iPhone 15 Pro 128 GB and they’re both fine reading my external drive via File app. I don’t what went wrong but my iPad Pro M4 13” seems unable to read the drive on File app and it won’t show.

Had this kind of problem back then with my iPad Pro 11’ 256GB 4th Gen 2020 back then when I updated to the new iOS which turned out fine cuz I just had to agree to the new terms & Conditions. But now, I can’t seem to figure out what wen’t wrong. Anyone had the same problem perhaps? Saw someone posted it about engineering taking care of it but I don’t see it being resolved and I could’t comment there. Would be greatly appreciated if someone has some insight. Thanks
