Macbook Air 2022 trackpad stops clicking after macOS tahoe update

I was using my macbook very carefully and using for my everyday tasks.One day,after when macOS tahoe was released,i had installed and updated the software.Suddenly after restart,trackpad press button that consists of haptic touch doesnt work till now,even general touches of trackpad are working.When I take this issue to apple showroom in my city,they told that this ends in changing the whole trackpad,causing me to hold a blame that it was totally my fault.I cant able to take the full responsibility of that issue because i am holding this laptop without any scratch or dent in it.Please,give me a solution for that.
