sent Apple Pay money to wrong person
I sent ApplePay to wrong person. It shows completed.I tried reaching out and they are saying they didn't accept it but that's not what shows on my bank account. Now what? :(

Sending cash using messages is just like giving someone on the street money, where the recourse is to ask them for your money back. It is not like if you withdraw money from your bank and give it to someone else, you could go to your bank and say it was an accident and they will give you the money. That is why Apple says to only send money to someone you know. There are no protections that would be found with a credit card purchase when you are dealing with a cash transaction.

You can contact Green Dot bank here, but I wouldn't expect any resolution for the reasons described above and seen in the Support Article.
