I did an online shopping via using apple pay and returned the items a month ago (Sep 24). They refunded the money on Oct 7 to apple pay, but I didn't receive the money in my bank. It seems like Apple is keeping my money. Where did my money go?
No money goes to Apple or Apple Pay for any refund. It would be deposited directly into your account that paid for the purchase, and Apple is not involved in any way. Contact the Merchant and get the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for the refund, then follow up with your bank where they can track the transaction using that number.
