MacBook Pro 15,1 is a 2019 model with Touch Bar. It has dual graphics. Darwin kernel 24 is sequoia. this line:
panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff80176df558): AMDFramebufferVIB::setPowerState(0xffffff9cc9580000 : 0xffffff7fac2dd8ce, 0 -> 1) timed out after 45556 ms
says that the AMD Discrete graphic chip did not respond for over 45 seconds. That may be a Hardware issue.
You can reduce the incidence of that happening by NOT using Chrome, the biggest resource hog there is, and by not using an external display.

re; < macOS 24G231 >
for your panic—
Try resetting the System Management Controller Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
note the current macOS sequoia is 15.7.2
To trouble shoot further you can:
—A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
This test will tell you if third party interference; most extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.
—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Change Users & Groups settings on Mac - Apple Support
This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.
unplug all non-essential peripherals when testing
Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus
all known to cause issues on the macOS
