I am not receiving text notification alerts on my Lock Screen, no audio or visual… how do I change that?

Settings, Apps, Messages, Notifications, set notifications on for Lock Screen.

Did you figure it out? I’ve tried everyone’s suggestions and still don’t get the notifications on lock screen. I don’t get the banners or indicators
