Journal on Mac OS 26.1?

My iPhone Air is offering tips on using Journal in Mac OS 26.1, but Journal seems to be missing both on my 15" MacBook Air and at the App Store.

Journal comes preinstalled with Tahoe. It wouldn't be in the App Store. It should be in the Applications folder.

If you use spotlight, (Command + Spacebar) type in Journal. It should show up in /System/Applications.

It will also be listed if you click Apps in the Dock and press the "j" key.

Reinstalled iOS 26.1 about 20 hours after the initial installation. This fixed the problem.
