Error code 43 when transferring files to my MacBook m4

I was trying to transfer a large data files (10 GB) from usb to the MacBook and getting the error 43, the data contains more than 100 files, after searching the web for solution I found out that the issue is from the finder (can't read more than 8 files as explained). I tried to move the folders one by one and it worked. Again now I needed to transfer a data like the last one. this is taking too much times and its really annoying. Why apple won't solve this issue because from what I see it's an old issue while in windows system this can be done without any problem. Also I'm thinking to sell my laptop and shift to any windows laptop because I think apple system is not practical.

When you are saying you are transferring files from "USB", what type of device are you talking about?

If you are transferring from what is referred to as USB stick, pen drive, etc., in my experience these devices have been notorious for issues when transferring large amounts of data. They either have heating issues or other problems.

The other thing that can always cause an issue is installation of third party drivers for storage devices. On modern operating systems (including Windows) these are not needed as they fully support the USB mass storage device class. All these additional drivers do is create odd issues.
