Magic Keyboard USB-C keys bugging out

I've been using this Magic Keyboard that came with my iMac a long time ago, and just recently whenever I hold or even tap the keys; "A", "Z", "Q" and also backspace, it sometimes does not type the letter/delete, instead it will start repeating the input in a twitching-like way. This only appears to happen to these specific keys, any other keys like the rest of the alphabet work fine. I think it's because the keys might be broken? I'm not too sure.

I've linked a video of the bug, so if anyone can tell me if I should get a new keyboard or any way I can resolve this, thank you.

P.S, you can see in the video that when I held "A", "Z", and "Q", it started to spam the inputs, and when I did the same on "W", "S", and "X", it didn't start spamming; instead it acted as if it was held, which what it should've been doing.
