Verify this is Seen and Set as Default:

1. Hold Down: the option key
2. Click: Apple menu
3. Select: System Information
4. Expand: Hardware (if applicable)
5. Click: Audio
6. Look for: MacBook Pro Speakers
7. Verify: “Yes” is selected from “Default Input Device:”
