apple: issues 3 headphone notifications, to iPhone, and restricted the volume, 50% down, for the "affending song title" the remainder of the album was normal volume, Bon Jovi Bed Of Roses, in a failed attempt to remove volume restriction , i purchased a different copy from a different album, it was also 50% down

six (6) calls to apple support case number **********, did not resolve, however, per tech support direction, home share turned off, among other Mac, iPhone, and Apple TV disruptive actions.

with the fail of apple tech support to resolve, this title was purchased in 2019, downloaded and archived, I restored the original 2019 file from my archive, to Mac music app, transferred to iPhone, with good result, Apple TV still down

note:

the offending device was not a headphone, but a BOSE bluetooth external speaker

in hind sight, I turned off all headphone restriction monitoring; however, they got me, navigation through the iOS ever changing complexity, violates the simplicity that Steve Jobs insisted upon, Apple has evolved into something else

any problem info, associated with this event, that apple tech support said was not due to their headphone safety policy was omitted from this report, there were other ramifications impacting the music library

I gave the correct case number, apple has redacted it
