com.apple.idleassetsd is taking 66G of space

This has happened around a month ago and it happened again today. I experienced software crashes due to insufficient storage space. It fixed itself after a restart but it seemed like an recurring issue. I narrowed the culprit down to com.apple.idleassetsd in /System/Volumes/Data/private/var/folders/zz/
