Delayed iPhone repair status after $100 replacement option

I met with geek squad to inform me about a way to get my iphone fixed we proceeded and we went with the $100 replacement option. He then told me it should only take a day or two. It’s been 6 days. No change or update on my phone from apple. No way to contact anyone besides booking an appointment. I’m at a loss of words. There is no new information anywhere. Where is my phone? My money has already been took.
