Password reset not working right

ive been trying to reset my password for over a month now and i type everything in currently and i get a told that apple is evaluating my account and i will get an email with when it is time to change my password with in 24hrs. the problem is I never get an email but it allows me to try rest everything again. I have advised the apple support team that I had received a fishing text right before the password was changed on the account and I even though I didn't click any of the links on the text and sent the a screen shoot of the text to the apple team I have not been able to change my password. This all started about a month and a half ago when i was randomly kicked out of the app store. then I got kicked out on my phone to the point my apple music and everything stopped working. after that it been the repeat problem of " i have to wait 24hr and i will get a email" but the email never comes. The weirder part is I can us FaceID to log into my apple account on my PC (i don't have a mac) but the password is not in my phone in saved passwords the other really weird part is It asks for the passcode for my phone I have never changed my passcode its been the save for my last 3 iPhone but yet 'Its the wrong passcode" when I bright that point up to the support team i was brushed off and told you just forgot the original passcode that you set the account up with. At this point what can I do to try to get this issue fixed (i have gone to a store and tried on the ipad it does the same thing) i worried about it because i have a young child in speech and his teacher wants him to get a special app but i can get it because of this problem.
