macbook air with intel chip issues

I have an intel chipped MacBook Air. it has been a poor performer from the beginning. The problem has made the MacBook unusable in the last year acting more like a PC than a Mac. I am very disappointed that I have been forced to replace it with a new laptop after only 3 years of use. Is there any support that Apple offers for loyal customers?

You say that you "have an intel chipped MacBook Air" – but your tag line says that you have a 15" MacBook Air that is running macOS 26.1 (Tahoe). That doesn't make any sense. No Intel-based MacBook Air had a 15" screen, and no Intel-based MacBook Air can run Tahoe.

You also say that you got "only 3 years of use" out of your "intel chipped MacBook Air". Apple introduced the final Intel-based MacBook Air in March 2020, and discontinued it in 2020. From the time that Apple stopped selling the last Intel-based MacBook Air to now is a period of about 5 years.
