Numbers Documents Missing Across All Devices with iCloud Enabled

Hello,


I created several documents using the Numbers app on my iPad. They were synced via iCloud and accessible from my iPhone and MacBook as well. However, these files have now disappeared from all of my devices.




iCloud was enabled on all devices, and I am signed in with the same Apple ID. I did not delete the files manually. They are no longer visible in the Numbers app or in iCloud Drive.




Could you please help me understand what could have caused this and whether there is a way to recover the lost files?
