Unknown MacBook Pro appeared in iCloud devices list

Saw this ominously named (Not your Macbook Pro) device appear under "My Devices" in iCloud.

I have never owned a Macbook Pro and have two-factor authentication enabled, nor do I recall getting a notification that a new device was added to my account. It has since been removed and my iCloud password changed.

Want to know if this is a bug but all signs point to no and what could have happened.
