Unable to turn off center stage in mac os Tahoe and google meet

Center Stage is a feature of the built-in camera on some Macs, iPhones and iPads.

Use Center Stage to keep you centered in the camera frame - Apple Support

Your screenshot shows that you are using a Logitech BRIO webcam, so you will not have the option for Center Stage. You cannot turn it off, because it’s not on.
