Screen time for child stopped working and devices linked to account disappeared
Several months ago, I did setup family and screen time for my daughter. It was working fine, she had app limits and the limits were applied across multiple devices.
Suddenly two things happened:
1) Screen time limits stopped working. She has unlimited time.
2) Before this event, I could see screen time across devices, now all her other devices (Ipad and Macbook) disappeared and I see only the iphone.
I tried eliminating the limits and setting them up again.
I tried canceling the family and redoing it from scratch. I could not eliminate my daughter from the family.
I see the flakiness of screen time is a quite common issue, but I was not able to find a consistent answer.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
