MackBook Pro M3 Max run out of memory

Why my MacBook Pro 2023 Apple M3 Max, run out of memory and all my applications is not responding. This is already second time happened. Before updating to Tahoe 26, I didn't experience this. Just running same thing (Redis, Postgresql, python, node, browser (brave), vscode, Xcode, Viber, iterm2, ChatGPT)

Specs: Apple M3 Max 36GB 1TB

I'm not surprised it is running out of memory with all those running. I have a M4 mini 24GB, Sequoia, and it isn't unusual to see 70% memory usage with just a browser, TextEdit and one or two other small apps open. I don't have Apple AI.
