Apple ID unauthorized sign-in attempt

Should I change my Apple ID if someone has tried to use it to sign into my account?

If I were you, I’d would not bother changing it. An Apple ID is simply an email address for you. It doesn't really add much in terms of security unless you never email anybody from that account, don't tell anybody about it, and make it something impossibly complicated that it would take a stable of supercomputers to guess. Security is added by your password and your two factor authentication method.

Note that Apple does not tell you to change your Apple ID (account user name) if you have a compromised account. If you think your Apple Account has been compromised - Apple Support
