macOS desktop grid and icon appearance
Hello, what's wrong with the desktop grid? And why are the icons in MacOS 26 not square, but like the one I drew in the screenshot? It looks really bad.

I am assuming you are selecting the Finder's View menu > Sort By > Snap to Grid as shown below (in English):
It appears that you may not be selecting the Desktop when choosing that View option, so you must first select the Desktop.

The Desktop is merely revealed when you do that. It may not actually be selected. Select the Desktop first — just tap it.
Then, after selecting that "Snap to Grid" menu option, select Clean Up Selection or just move the icons yourself a small amount. They will subsequently "Snap to Grid" and be aligned as you expect.
All the icons in your screenshots appear to be rectilinear to me. Your illustration shows a skewed rectilinear shape to me — a rectangular prism — and does not resemble the icons in your screenshots.
