Child's Screen Time limits persist after disabling

I set the limit of applications for the child, now I can't completely disable it after removing the limit, there are still limits, the child asks for additional time

This issue, often called a "zombie limit," typically happens because the child's device hasn't properly synced the removal command or is holding onto cached data. To fix this on an iPhone, the most effective solution is the "nuclear" option: go to Settings > Screen Time on the child's device, scroll down to tap Turn Off App & Website Activity, and then immediately restart the phone; this clears the glitchy cache so you can start fresh.
