Unable to share voice memos from iPhone 17 Pro Max to Facebook Messenger

Since activating iPhone 17 Max Pro, all devices (not just the phone) are unable to share voice memos to Facebook Messenger. They show up as a blank recording. Even old voice memos posted on Messenger months ago are now disabled.

I've restarted the phone & reinstalled Messenger, but neither step helped.
