Invisible Apple Music songs not syncing
Hello, I’m having an ongoing problem with Apple Music that has gotten worse recently.
My music library is showing songs as blank or invisible it looks like they’re downloaded, but they won’t actually show up for me to play. When I tap a song, Apple Music gives me the message: “T
his item is not synced across your devices. I’ve already followed all the recommended steps, including:
Syncing my library from my MacBook
- Logging out of Apple Music on my Mac and logging back in
- Resetting my iPhone
- Turning Sync Library off and back on
- Re-syncing my library directly from my phone
Even after doing all of that, the issue is still happening.
Now the problem is getting worse. New songs that I download on my iPhone are also turning invisible, and I get the same “not synced across your devices” message. If I delete a song and add it back to my library, it still says it’s unavailable even though it is available in Apple Music.
This has actually been happening since 2022, but recently it has become more frequent and severe, so I really need help resolving it.
