Apply Region Tempo to Project Tempo not working in Logic Pro 11 for my manually recorded MIDI (with reference audio track)

Hi everyone,

I’m using Logic Pro 11, and I recorded a manual MIDI track while listening to a reference audio track.

But when I try:

Functions → Tempo → Apply Region Tempo to Project Tempo

…it does nothing. No tempo map is created, and the project tempo does not change.
