Mute music for calls and texts when using iPhone

HI,

I am a parts delivery driver and I have a iPhone 17 Pro and also a JBL Charge 6 bluetooth speaker (the truck I drive has no bluetooth or wireless, heck not even a backup camera). When playing music I often miss texts or calls because I have the music up a bit loud.

Is there a way to have the iPhone mute the music when a text or call comes in? Or some other way to ensure I hear the text or call when they come in (I have music ringtones for both)?
