Quartile puzzle not working

I have the same problem. It will keep my record of the score. So, if I get to 110, and leave and come back, my high score for the day will still say 110, but my in-game score will show 102, for example.

Same here. Since Friday evening, 14 November, once I reach 100 points, progress beyond this is not saved if you leave Quartiles and return to continue playing. All new words added are lost.

I doubt it's gonna be fixed in iOS. My phone and iPad have different iOS's, and Quartiles is broke on both devices, and it's also busted on the Apple News+ on my MacBook Pro.

Had the same problem. Started over a week ago. Reported it to Apple. It seems to be fully resolved as of two days ago.

But now the Leaderboard won’t load. Spins incessantly.

Today, I deliberately did not use all my tiles that for the fifth word that would use the four tiles and subsequently give me the bonus points. When I finally did generate the fifth word, I reached a score of 110. However any word I pick after generating the fifth quartile word does seem to show in my final score neither does it record it after I close the game and come back to the game. My score then stays static at 110 however it is reflected correctly on the leaderboard.

Can you show us exactly which app this is? There seem to be a number of Quartile Puzzle apps in the App Store.

This has been happening for me to. Keep checking for an update on App Store and no fix. Very frustrating since I’m paying for news.

Same here. Today it shows the last quartile I solved up above ready to hit the blue check button to solve it. It also shows that word in the Already Found list above and shows my level as Expert. It knows I’ve solved all the quartiles. I added another word and then left the app to do something else. When I came back it had completely lost the added word. This has been going on for 2 or 3 days now. Killing and restarting the app and restarting the phone haven’t helped.

That’s another issue- how do we get in touch with Apple Support for a game in the Apple New+ app. Even Google doesn’t seem to know. Apple should monitor Reddit for subs about their apps. The r/Quartiles is full of posts this past week of users complaining about this.

I am having the same issue. It started 3 days ago. I took a screen shot of the puzzle so I could add the missing words back in but that is not a permanent solution. I contacted support this morning.

I opened a ticket with Apple on this issue a few days ago. Haven’t heard back yet. I provided screenshots and descriptions of the problem. Not sure who is looking and responsible on the other side.
