Touch monitor right-click/gestures not working on MacBook

When I connect my touch monitor to my MacBook, some touch functions don’t work. Single-tap and scrolling work fine, but actions like right-click or three-finger gestures don’t register. When I connect the same monitor to a Windows laptop, all touch features work normally.

I’ve seen other touch monitors support right-click on macOS, so I’m wondering: is it possible to enable full touch functionality on this specific monitor when using it with a MacBook?
