Battery Widget not displaying both airpods

Battery widget isn’t displaying both airpods (I have the airpods 4). It only displays the left one when both airpods are out and it displays the right one when the left one is still in the charging case. I’ve already tried everything like factory resetting, disconnecting and reconnecting and also forgetting the device but nothing works and it's really awkward and annoying that only 1 airpod is being displayed. PS: this only happens with the lock screen widget, the widget from the menu screen does display both airpods
