Hi, I dropped my macbook about 55cm off a stool at school and everything is working fine. But the bottom part of the screen has a 0.5cm [white lines] glitch going horizontally and I am wondering on what I can do. Any help or suggestions will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

The technical term for what's wrong is "it's broken".
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store. They will examine it and explain your options. There is no magic that will fix broken hardware.
