Change payment method for Apple subscriptions

I have 2 subscriptions with Apple, Apple care, and I cloud. The monthly charges are paid to my Apple Card via my bank. I will be paying off my Apple Card and closing my account and want to know how I can continue paying my monthly subscriptions directly to Apple
