How to resolve Apple Watch Series 10 syncing and connectivity issues with iOS 26 and 26.1?

series 10 watch major issues since ios 26 and 26.1. Had to unpair and repair phone. Not synching in am, takes 45 min to connect. They say it’s a peloton issue…Not‼️ Now on hold waiting for this advisor to connect with the “profile dept’ to monitor my watch. Anyone else having issues??

I did speak with an advisor Earlier he had mentioned that they can do a profile on my watch unfortunately we got disconnected and I was not in the mood to call back. I will do that tomorrow, but there is definitely something going on with my series 10 watch and the two updates plus it takes forever for my calories and workout to catch up. I’m very addicted to working out and when I spoke to the advisor yesterday, she told me it was all Peloton‘s fault. It is not a Peloton issue. It is an apple issue and if it cannot be resolved after they do a profile probably get a new watch from Apple. I hope you have luck too. Try un pairing and re pairing. If that doesn’t help, you’ll have to call and ask for the profile department where they put some sort of bug on your watch to monitor the issue.

when I first contacted them, I had three days till the end of my warranty, so all this is connected, and I will not lose out on the warranty of the watch

I cannot begin to tell you how many advisors I’ve spoken to and the last one was a senior advisor told me that no it was not the AirPods Pro nor any AirPod issue. Nor is there a profile department to speak with. I spoke with a senior advisor and he was ready to get me a replacement watch and we got disconnected. After an hour now the other advisor I spoke to a couple of days ago told me to send my watch back, which I have no choice because there are issues. I’m not done with this yet. I am just thoroughly disgusted and frustrated by the lack of support and knowledge from Apple. I have never had an issue dealing with Apple support. It wasn’t until the update of 26 and 26.1 that caused all the issues. It seems that every other day I have to unpair/pair the watch again. Good luck.

There is no so-called profile department. I sent my watch back, but according to the last two advisors out of maybe a dozen plus they’re saying it’s my phone and then the last advisor said it was Peloton‘s issue. I have never had such disappointment and frustration with Apple since I filed a case at the end of September. Now I have to wait and see what the outcome is, but I was told although I filed a case prior to the warranty expiring it’s not covered, but they will compensate me for a lot of things and then we get disconnected so I have not had a good outcome to date now we wait and see what’s wrong with my watch
