How can I suggest adding app icons to macOS Mission Control for faster navigation?

Hello. Here is so good realization of multitasking (Mission Control analogue) in Ubuntu with app icons, that is very helpful to navigate in needed app. But in MacOS no icons on app miniatures and I must search needed app by its contents and it is not so fast as in Ubuntu.

How and where can I suggest this decision to Apple if Apple Support is not working?

MacOS
