Safari automatically opens and reopens
Safari opens automatically on my macbook. After I close the app (quit normally or force quit) it opens again in 1 second. Nothing helped me with this issue so far.

Script or extension running in the background?
See if the problem is present when you boot in safe mode, which disables 3rd party extensions and performs some system cleanup.

There was an issue with the 1Password for Safari extension opening the app. Reportedly fixed in Sequoia but maybe back with Tahoe.
You are right, Safari doesn't open in safe mode. Now I have to guess which app triggers it. Thanks!
