Why is my MacBook Air's keyboard backlighting and Bluetooth turning off during Zoom meetings and video games?

I've had a recent issue with my 2022 MacBook Air, where on occasion the keyboard backlighting and my Bluetooth will both shut off. This issue has been most prominent when I am in Zoom meetings and when I play video games. It's bizarre. I have my keyboard set in settings to never turn off after inactivity, and I haven't changed any of my settings causing this to occur. Help!
