Why didn't my Apple Watch award 10K and longest run badges?

Yesterday I ran my first 10K which was also my longest run.

I wasn't awarded either the 10k nor the longest run badge.

I've tried resetting both watch and phone, unpairing and repairing watch to phone,I've confirmed the workout was logged on both and is in the health app. It was definitely an outdoor run. I've tried turning fitness icloud off and on too. Nothing has worked.

Laste last night, i suddenly got the 7 workout week badge but these two didn't come through.

I've checked for updates and there are none to be made.

Why has this happened and how can I get my badges?
