How do I fix a stiff and sticking crown on my Apple Watch Ultra 3?

My new Utra 3 the crown sticks all the time and gets stiff and you cant turn it, as compared to my Ultra which never played up at all and yes I clean it and it wors but i have concerns around the build quality ? Is this something that happens more on the ultra 3 or not Ultra
