I just bought the new Apple Watch SE 3. Calories are not a measurement for units of measurement. I can't see the calories I am burning. Please help quickly!

Did you restore the new watch from a backup of your old Apple Watch?
If yes, and to rule out a software issue inside your backup data, erase the watch and pair it again, setting it up as a new device. You will only lose your created Watch faces and may have to activate the cards in your Wallet app again.
Then test the watch again.

Which unit of measurement do you see when you open the WatchApp on your iPhone and check Workout -> Units of Measure?

I do not even see energy units. Could it be because I am below 18?
