Apple Watch Series 10 randomly going black and showing a white loading sign

I have an Apple Watch series 10 and these last few days it will randomly go black and show a white loading sign and it will do that for a little bit and go back to normal. It does this multiple times a day. I’ve done multiple hard resets on it and even unpaired it and repaired it. What’s going on?
