As I can tell, the Routine app was initially developed for iPad. The version currently available on the App Store indicates that macOS 12.4 and an Apple M1 chip or later are required. Your Intel Mac doesn't meet that stnadard.
You would do well to contact the developer when trying to troubleshoot it.
