How to disable search history clearing iOS 26

How can I disable the ability to clear safari browsing history in iOS 26.1. In previous IOS whenever web content was filtered to “limit adult wesbites” it would automatically not allow you to clear history. Now with the new IOS, even though you can “limit adult only” websites, you can still clear your history.
