My cardio fitness stats show up on my Apple Watch 10 from several months ago (when I switched from model3) but everything else updated. (Tried calling Apple Support but when I press 1 to speak to an agent the bot doesn't hear it.)

Are you doing the types of workouts that are monitored for that? Only "Outdoor Run," "Outdoor Walk," and "Hiking" count.
