How do I resolve Apple update and medical app issues due to a stolen device?

Hay guys help me. Apple wont let me have updates or download medical apps or even my boost to recharge. A device was stolen from me that subscriptions were direcy debited from my card. Apple now hold everything to ransom that ive got unless i allow the card to be ripped off some more. Ive paid for 2 tb for every device and tens of thousands on this **** to get treated like this,i just told him the bank cancelled the card and the services are all against my consent from parties unknown but in any even these services dont expire for some time right !! The trchnician said that i should be entitled as a aying cudtomer to my security updates and apple shouldnt be prompting me to add details to phone 27 times. Unacceptable ay !! Basically payiing out for good and services im not getting and vunerable coz of heart condition i cant download fall meter or sync device into new ethernet ? Help

I'm afraid it isn't very clear from your post what exactly the issues are here.

The subscriptions aren't on the iPhone, they are on your account. They will continue to run even if you no longer have your iPhone. If you canceled your card and it was used to pay for your subscriptions then you are in default of payment and Apple won't let you download anything more until you settle that.
