MS Word 365 won't print envelopes after installing MacOS Tahoe 26

Just installed MacOS Tahoe 26, and Microsoft Word 365 refuses to print ordinary No. 10 business envelopes. Envelope shows on screen with address and return until I try to print. Then print screen shows outline of envelope but no text, and sure enough, HP PageWide printer spits out a blank page or grinds a bit but does nothing at all.

One more case fulfilling my motto: "No upgrade goes unpunished." Any suggestions welcome.

Do the envelopes print normally, when not using Microsoft apps?

So when you have an address in a Word doc, and you select it and then Tools > Envelopes, then click Ok, you just get a blank envelope? This is what I see, macOS 26.1 and MS Word 365 v.16.103.1 (current).

Using the Print dialog to send that to Preview, it works normally:

First off, confirm that you are running the current version of Word.
